Postage & Handling

Shipping and handling is US$6.50 for the first item, and US$1.00 for each additional item, which includes full insurance.

All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of payment being received (excluding weekends and public holidays) under normal circumstances. Customers will be notified of any delays in excess of this time. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

We estimate that 90% of orders arrive within the stated delivery times, with a significant proportion arriving sooner than expected! If your package does not arrive within this period, we advise waiting an additional week before contacting us with respect to its status.

Items going to the UK may be assessed for customs duty by UK customs. This may be around 17% of order value (plus a processing fee) and is payable by the customer upon delivery. In practice only about 10% of orders going to the UK are assessed. NO CUSTOMS DUTY IS PAYABLE BY USA CUSTOMERS.

* Please note that these are normal delivery times. Orders placed within several weeks either side of Christmas may experience additional postal delays of up to 7 to 10 days (depending on your local postal service) due to an increased volume of mail.

Payment

We accept credit card payments including Visa® and MasterCard® via a merchant account from the National Australia Bank - Australia's largest bank. Payments are securely processed by their electronic gateway. We also accept cash transfers, eChecks, AMEX and JCB via PayPal - the world class, secure, third party payment gateway supported by eBay. Gift Certificates are able to be purchased and redeemed through our website.

Items displayed in both USD and GBP. Customers will be invoiced in USD only. Conversion into GBP is performed at the daily exchange rate offered by your bank, which may differ from the one used on this site.
